We've got big news!

After ten years of building WeAreBrain into what it is today, we're taking the most significant step yet.

WeAreBrain and Pulsr are merging to form a single, sharply defined company with one clear ambition: to lead in AI-native product development. The combined organisation operates under the WeAreBrain name, and it brings together everything both teams have been building toward.

We're sharing this with you because you've been part of the journey, whether you've been reading us for years or just found your way here recently. You deserve to hear it from us directly, not just through a press release.

What this actually means

The merger brings together two complementary strengths. WeAreBrain contributes a decade of market presence, an established client base, and deep expertise in AI and product development. Pulsr brings forward-looking technical depth in AI-native architecture and data science. Together, the capability sharpens considerably.

The ambition behind it is explicit: to build the defining European AI-native technology company, one that helps organisations move beyond software delivery and genuinely reimagine how they build and operate. That means AI capability grounded in strong data foundations, a builder's instinct shaped by years of working with startups and ventures, and an uncompromising commitment to European values — data privacy, open-source infrastructure, and real technical ownership.

What's coming

Two products are launching in May — Sinas, an agentic orchestration and control layer that connects data, agents, and tools into secure, traceable workflows, and One, a business operating system that unifies data and systems into a single, queryable interface. They're the first concrete outputs of the combined organisation's new direction, and we're proud of what they represent.

In the words of Mario Grunitz, our co-founder: "This merger is the decisive step. We are not repositioning. We are sharpening something that has been in motion for a long time."

We're only getting started. Thanks for being along for the ride.
